My name is Ilse, and I’m the lactation consultant behind Milkhaus Lactation & Maternity Center. I’m also a mom of 3, so I understand firsthand how beautiful, overwhelming, and emotional the early days of feeding a baby can be.

Every family, every baby, and every feeding story is unique, and my goal is to meet you right where you are with kindness, patience, and encouragement. Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, navigating challenges with your newborn, or simply seeking reassurance, I’m here to support you with compassion and without judgment. I want you to feel seen, understood, and confident in the choices that work best for your family.
